This concert was at the historic Oriental Theater, which was built way back in 1927. The theater had actually sat abandoned for 45 years from 1960-2005 until it was revitalized as a concert venue.
While the show had an opening act, a Led Zeppelin/AC-DC cover band, I only photographed the headlining act, hard rockers Shovelhead 66. They brought a ton of energy to this show, which also happened to be sold out.
Great set, they mainly play originals but also played covers of Blur, Bush and Stone Temple Pilots. The venue is gorgeous, despite not having a real renovation done in it's almost 100 year history, highly recommend you check a show out there!
